If you are looking for a  bareboat or skippered sailing holiday amongst some of the most spectacular scenery in Europe, then look no further.

ALBA SAILING are Scotland's premier independent yacht charterers. From our purpose built shore side premises at Dunstaffnage Marina, Oban, Argyll we offer a wide choice of sailing yachts from 9 to 15 metres for bareboat or skippered charter to experienced sailors. Unlike many charter companies, we own the majority of the yachts in our fleet so you can be sure of not only a warm personal welcome but also of our commitment to providing you with a well maintained and well equipped yacht that you will be proud to sail.

Our base is at the heart of Scotland's West Coast cruising grounds so the Inner Hebrides, including the Isle of Mull and the Isle of Skye, can usually be circumnavigated within one week.  Our Cruising in Scotland page gives you a brief outline of some of the many attractions our cruising area has to offer.

 We have our own Chandlery and hire shop on-site and offer a range of services including waterproof clothing hire, freshly laundered bedding and towels as well as grocery provisions and first class frozen meals which are specially made to order  by a local chef using fresh local produce.

 Also at the marina, the "Wide Mouthed Frog" restaurant has several newly refurbished en suite bedrooms available, all equipped to Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star standard. The restaurant provides all day food service from breakfast through to dinner.  Those arriving early or wishing to extend their holiday can take advantage of the special room rate available for ALBA SAILING customers.

Oban has regular rail and bus links with Glasgow and Glasgow Airport is only two hours by car from the marina.  If required We can also provide a taxi or minibus service to get you to or from Glasgow.
