KILDA - A CRUISE OF A LIFETIME
The first St Kilda trip for 2011 will be leaving on the 23rd July and returning 2 weeks later on the 6th August.
So BOOK NOW to avoid being disappointed!! A £100 deposit is all that's required. Places are strictly limited and there are currently 3 places left. £999 per person.
This really is a trip of a lifetime - this remote group of islands remains out of reach for all but the most experienced yachtsmen. Our usual route is to get out to the Outer Hebrides and take a view on the weather in the Atlantic and then either crack on out to St Kilda or to explore the Outer Hebrides whilst we wait for the weather to settle. I have to be honest and admit that not every cruise actually gets to St Kilda but only one trip in the last 11 has not managed it due to persistent heavy weather. After visiting St Kilda we take a leisurely route back maybe via the Wizards Pool and a variety of other fascinating places such as Mingulay etc and maybe the Isle of Skye - it all depends on the tides, the weather and where you want to go!
This is a rare opportunity to be in the hands of a top flight professional skipper who knows the area incredibly well. Its a holiday for sailors but novices are welcome too and you can complete an RYA course during this cruise. You can be as actively involved in the sailing as you wish.
