Tigh Soluis

Designed by Daniel Andrieu this yacht is both fast and comfortable. Teak decks and navy blue topsides make “Tigh Soluis” a very attractive example of the Sunfast 40. Her appeal is however much more than skin deep as this is the performance version of the marque. The combination of a powerful triple spreader rig and deep draft lead and iron keel make her a fast yacht with good directional stability on all points of  sail. Twin steering positions, furling headsail new fully battened mainsail (2008) with lazy jack reefing, cockpit mainsheet and traveller system complete the  performance package.

The interior equipment and layout belies the racier side of her character. Accommodation is generous with 3 spacious double cabins and an additional double berth available in the saloon. Eberspacher warm air heating, two heads both equipped with powerful showers and a well designed galley which includes a cavernous  refrigerated coolbox all add up to make this a very comfortable yacht.

Features on this yacht include Raymarine wind/depth/log, instrumentation, cockpit mounted GPS/Plotter and Autopilot. Upgraded and powerful Harken winches and electric anchor windlass are also included.

 “Tigh Soluis” is set up for fast comfortable cruising but a racing package with additional insurance, kevlar headsails, spinnaker etc. can also be arranged.
